• We will liaise with your vet to carry out all necessary pre-export testing and health paperwork
• Arrange all bookings for flights, ferries or road transport
• A member of the E.I.S. team will be on hand at the airport or port of departure or arrival to ensure that all paperwork is completed accordingly
• Apply for passports where the horse travelling is not registered
• Provide you with regular updates throughout your horses journey
• Arrange temporary transit insurance where requested
• En-route stabling arranged at approved barns throughout Europe
• Book quarantine in country of landing and liaise with consignee
• Provide top-class professional flying grooms for flights
• We can also provide travel/stable rugs when requested
• Provide credit card facility to ensure hassle free payment
• For horses exiting or entering the EU, we will arrange all import / export customs documentation
